The hotel we stayed at during Christmas was fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They provided us with free water, soft drinks, and coffee-making facilities in the room, which was great. The location was also amazing, right in the heart of a lively pedestrian street with lots of restaurants, bars, and stores. Despite all the activity outside, the room was very quiet, which allowed us to relax and get some rest. Another great thing was the elevator, which was convenient for us as we had a lot of luggage.
There was nothing we disliked about our stay at the hotel during Christmas. Even though parking in the area was tricky, the staff gave us clear instructions on how to find an appropriate spot nearby.

Our New Year's stay in a charming Sicilian hotel was unforgettable. We loved the complimentary coffee and tea facilities in the room, as well as the mini-fridge. The hotel's prime location, surrounded by authentic restaurants and quaint shops, made it easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, the cozy and clean room was a great plus.
The hotel lacked a parking lot, which made finding a spot for our rental car a bit stressful. Also, the lack of soundproofing in the room was a downside, as we could hear the noise from the street.

This hotel is perfectly located, right in the middle of a lively street that is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. It is also just a few steps away from a historical landmark. the rooms are spacious, cozy, and completely noise-free. the bathrooms are spotless, with luxurious towels and toiletries. Amenities like a minibar, kettle, and coffee machine are available too. the staff is friendly and reassuring, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
The hotel's parking facility is limited and not user-friendly.
